Welcome to Zein Calligraphy, where watercolour -fluid, free and vibrant- meets the geometric, some might even say rigid, structure of square kufi calligraphy to create Art for the spiritual seeker in this world.

As a student of Qur'an and tazkiyah, I'm constantly struck by phrases and verses so deeply profound that I believe they must be cornerstones of a spiritually healthy life. I use these quotes as the basis of my paintings. 

My aim is to create a visual statement not only pleasing to the eye but also stirring to the soul.
